Spicy garlic egg plant

I've always love egg plant cooked in anyway. Ran out of idea of how to cook egg plant until I saw this at See Woo last week.

I bought it immediately to give it a try. Following the simple instructions on the packet, the dish was ready in 10 minutes.

The recipe recommended using minced pork but I used roasted pork instead. The result was good. It was tasty and most of all, simple. My style..easy way of cooking. Haha!
