Chef duty @ 12th March 2010

Once again, my hubby volunteered to take over the kitchen for the evening and I am more than happy to do so. He didn't cook up a storm this time as compared to last week.

Menu for the evening:

1) Ayam pong teh

2) Bak tak yu (Dark soy sauce pork)

To compliment the pong teh, we had home made sambal belacan.

Another hearty home cooked meal. I love the bak tak yu. Very delicious!

Now who is the greater chef? Me or him..hmmm...
