Another masak masak session on Sunday evening by hubby and me.

Recipe was from My Kitchen Snippets. See the difference between the original chef's result and mine.

The sauce was a bit watery as compared to the original chef. Mine tasted more like chicken cooked with tomato ketchup. Probably too much water.

Well oh well..still edible though =p.
