A tree for 2 celebrations..what a brilliant idea

Ever wonder what to do with your Christmas tree after the season is over? The next thing you know is that it will end up in the store room until the next Christmas season. Ghee..isn't that a waste?

Well, here's an idea. This idea came from a colleague who told me that her family would decorate their Christmas tree with chinese decorations, peony and red angpows. With the Christmas past a month ago and Chinese New Year is around the corner, this is what has happened to the Chrismas tree in my office.. TADAAaa.a.a.a.a.....

Last week, my teamates and I took a quick 10mins to decorate the tree. We've decorated it with swirl red ribbons, red angpows, hand made fans (by me) and some Chinese ornaments and the whole tree look so RED. To make it more interesting, one my teamate placed her Christmas present's ribbon at the top of the tree. And guess what, can you see a little PINK piggy on top of the bow? Isn't that cute?
