Nam yee chicken (Red fermented beancurd chicken)

It was one of those days when I ran out of idea what style to cook the chicken. As usual, I like to run through the recipes on my blog to see if I can 'recyle' any of it. I recycled the red fermented beancurd pork recipe.

It was tasty and I think it taste better than the pork. I rate this dish 7.5 out of 10..hehe!
