Mooncake festival dinner @ our pad

Hubby and I invited some friends to our pad for dinner last night. Coincidentally, it was also the Mooncake festival =).

Our menu for the night:

1) Sambal prawn

2) Curry chicken

3) Kangkung belacan

4) Char siew (Honey roasted pork)

5) Stir fry mixed vegetables

The first 3 dishes are my hubby's signature dishes while the last two were prepared by yours truly. Some photos of the yummy dishes.

A couple of friends couldn't make it. So, these photos were specially taken for you too =p.

For dessert, we had banana cakes and mooncakes (courtesy of our friends). Overall, we were glad our friends enjoyed the dinner as much as we much enjoyed preparing it =).
