So unprofessional

I was so angry at work today!! For a very petty matter, a co-worker from a different country sent an email to my colleague copying his higher managements including the Financial Controller as well as my colleague's manager escalating the "breakdown" of the process with the reason that he wasn't well informed of such a process. To me, it's more of him not taking the initiative to learn the process. What fume me up was he pasted the Sametime (equivalent to messenger in Lotus Notes) conversation between my goodself and him into the email remarking the communication conveyed. I admit that I did vent my frustration in the Sametime but I felt that it was so unprofessional of him to do that.

I felt the issue could have been resolved in an amicable way and the email could have been sent without involving the higher managements. Things can be iron out at the lower level. Nevertheless, I learned from another colleague that this co-worker has an attitude to escalate matters even over small ones. And seems like he always barks at the wrong tree.

Argh! Just so frustrated with such annoying people!
