Thai green curry

I bought this pre-pack Maesri green curry paste from Chinatown (talk about convenience) =p


Cooked it on Friday for dinner. The green curry turn out GREAT!


I used okras, four angled beans and of course chicken to cook this dish. It tasted so good that I actually managed to eat two small plates of rice. Even my hubby loves it!!

The steps to cook it was simply easy. Just pour the paste in with 2 cups of coconut milk and let it boil for a while. Put in the rest of the ingredients and pour in 2 more cups of coconut milk. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and it's done! Simple huh?

Will cook this again the future. YUMMY!
