My first kniting project

I went to I Knit London to get my first ball of yarn and knitting needles today. Oh! I am so excited!!

After some advice from the owner on the right yarns for a beginner like me, these are what I got.

1) One ball of Emu superwash DK pure new wool yarn (Damask colour) - £3
2) A pair of single point knitting needles from Brittany (4.0mm) - £4.99

I only bought one ball of yarn to give it a try first. If I am successful on my own, I'll go back to get more. My project is to knit a simple and plain scarf now.

I am learning to knit from the You Tube as suggested from a friend. Wish me luck!
