The confused traffic light
Whenever I see this traffic light which is near the Canary Wharf, I wonder how the drivers would react to it. It seems like it is there for 'Cantik' purpose.
I wonder if it is suppose to work as intended to be..which I doubt.

i think this traffic light is only there for 'show' la.. its not a fully functioning traffic light...
it looks like a Christmas tree!
